Northern Tier National BSA High Adventure program offers a wide variety of
wilderness adventures to youth ages 13 to 18. We fully-outfit crews of 6 to 12 people for 6 to 10 day canoe trips in the North Woods of Minnesota and Canada. This is a great opportunity to build yourself financially, physically, as a leader, and as an outdoorsperson.  The Boy Scouts of America is a highly trusted and respected organization. We maintain the highest standards in training and quality of facilities and staff.

Qualifications

The most important quality of Northern Tier staff is solid moral character and a positive, enthusiastic, attitude. If these traits describe you, learning the skills it takes to work at Northern Tier can be taught even if you have no experience.
