Fixed issue with documents not being able to be downloaded from the site after migration to new server.

We have migrated the domain seascout.org to a new web server and have also migrated the content from newseascout.org to seascout.org.  We anticipate there may be a few glitches here and there and are working to resolve them as quickly as we can find them.

We are completing testing on a support ticket system to serve our visitors.  It will include the ability for visitors to submit and review support tickets, search knowledgebases, and view FAQs.
